The heart of the Ekomer ASPK complex is the optical gas analyzer ECOMER PEM-2M, created on the basis of scientific developments of scientists of the SB RAS protected by patents of the Russian Federation. Ecomer ASPK is built on the block-modular principle of the layout of individual functional units. The sampling module consists of a heated filter, a sampling probe, a thermocouple, a pressure sensor, and a sampling control module (MUP). MUP provides: - management of the mode of sampling; - management of the mode of aspiration of the filter; - control of the temperature of the filter and the sample transportation line; - collection and transmission of data from external sensors. * Sample transport line –heated and unheated. * The main module consists of a sample preparation unit and an optical gas analyzer PEM-2M. * The remote terminal (personal computer) carries out operational control over all modules of ASPK, collecting, processing and archiving information, displaying information in a convenient for analysis form (tabular and graphical). Software ASPK allows you to connect it to the enterprise process control system. * The aspiration system consists of a compressor, an oil-water cleaning system, impulse lines and local receivers.
